As a Certified Functional Nutrition coach, I have completed extensive training in areas such as physiology, biochemistry (Harvard Medical School), root cause health solutions, goal setting, and communication. I am also a Board Certified member of the AADP (American Association of Drugless Practitioners) and committed to ongoing professional development.

CLEARING THE MUDDY WATERS -
To get to the root cause(s), we must clear the “muddy waters”. We do this by identifying and removing the biggest culprits of inflammation in your body. They are often a combination of food and lifestyle.
- DEFICIENCY TO SUFFICIENCY -
Determining where your body is deficient and bringing it to sufficiency is key to promote health and healing. We will look at deficiency that may be related to a lack of nutrients in your diet. We will also look at deficiency that may be related to your body’s inability to process the nutrients you are providing it.

ROOT CAUSE RESOLUTION -
In Functional Nutrition, we know that your signs, symptoms, and diagnosis are the branches of the tree and a result of unhealthy roots. We need to get to the roots of the tree to determine their status and the impact they may be having on your health. Genes, Digestion, and Inflammation are the main roots we will evaluate.
